Ian Shelton - Senior Pastor

Ian serves our church, city and nation in areas such as the Senior Leadership Team, the School, Easterfest , Family Week , Christian Leaders' Network and One Heart Working Group.

Adam Grant - Associate Pastor

Adam's passion is people, marriage and family. He is our local church pastor who oversees pastoral care. He is committed to seeing the local church being one of "community" and fully committed to following Christ.

Rhona Fraser - Pastoral Care

Rhona Fraser oversees Pastoral Care and women's ministry at TCC.  Her love for people, wisdom and skills in areas such as marriage, parenting etc makes her a valuable addition to our team.

Letitia Shelton - City Women Pastor

Letitia serves the girls and women of Toowoomba.  Her desire is to see females grow up with a healthy love and respect for themselves and others so that they can be free to serve Christ in the capacity they have been given.  She is involved with City Women , Shine and Girls Getaway. 

Chris Windus - Teaching Pastor

Chris is a local pastor and is a gifted teacher of the Word and his many years with YWAM adds much to the area of discipleship at TCC.  He oversees our local church discipleship and ANS. 

Mark Freeman - CEO

Mark's business skills keep our budget for the school, Emu Gully and church functioning smoothly and efficiently, whilst his passion for the city is evident in many of the areas he is involved in such as our School, The Toowoomba City Council, Easterfest , Family Week, Emu Gully Adventure Education Inc and a number of other ministries.
